In short words, everyone pays him and he gives them the parts, something like this could keep the parts from getting in the wrong hands. And Tony, the list is only so accurate, there's always people elsewhere willing to go the extra mile to get parts for AMS, people that aren't even on the list/have yet to be discovered.
